  1. General Information

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our products and services, including online orders, in-store purchases, and custom cake or catering bookings. By placing an order with A & A Bakers, you agree to be bound by these terms.

  1. Products and Allergens

We take great care in preparing high-quality baked goods. However:

  • All products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, dairy, gluten, eggs, and soy.
  • We cannot guarantee that our items are free from allergens.
  • Customers are responsible for informing us of any dietary restrictions or food allergies at the time of ordering.

 

  1. Orders
  • Standard Orders: Can be placed online, by phone, or in-store. A minimum notice of [4 days] may apply depending on the day/time or the item.
  • Custom Orders: Require 7 days’ notice depending on the complexity and size of the order.
  • All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

 

  1. Payment Terms
  • Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept credit/debit cards.

 

  1. Cancellations & Refunds
  • Standard Orders: Can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup/delivery for a full refund.
  • Custom Orders: Require at least 72 hours’ notice for a full refund. Cancellations made after this window may not be eligible for a refund.
  • No-shows or failure to collect an order will not be refunded.
  • In the rare event we must cancel your order (e.g., due to illness, supply issues), we will offer a full refund or reschedule.

 

  1. Delivery & Collection
  • Pickup orders must be collected during our business hours. If you’re running late, please call us.
  • Delivery Dates provided by the supplier are estimates and are not guaranteed.
  • Delivery will be made to the address specified by the client in the order. 
  • Delivery fees may apply and will be outlined in the order confirmation or invoice.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

 

  1. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If there’s an issue with your order:

  • Please contact us within 24 hours of collection/delivery with photos and details.
  • We will investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement, credit, or refund.

 

  1. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and social media, including photos, branding, and designs, is the property of A & A Bakers and may not be used without permission.

 

  1. Limitation of Liability

A & A Bakers is not liable for:

  • Any allergic reactions not disclosed at the time of ordering
  • Late pickups or deliveries due to customer delay
  • Damages caused after the product has left our premises or been delivered

 

  1. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Pickup Information

Our Bakery goods are available through our order and local collection service at our Stores. Collection days are on Wednesday and Friday.

Collection Orders must be placed on a Tuesday before 3pm for a Wednesday Collection and Thursday before 3 pm for a Friday Collection.

Discount

When you place your first order you will automatically receive 10% off at checkout.

Final delivery before Christmas holidays

Please note that Friday 19th is our last delivery day before Christmas, with the order cut off being Wednesday 17th December by 3pm.

After Christmas, our first delivery will be Wednesday 7th January with the order cut off being Friday 2nd of January
